I also encountered multiple issues with the safe in my room-not working and unresponsive service didn't help ease my mind. My checkout was a real mess. They charged multiple credit cards for the same expenses, which left me feeling a bit cheated. Cleanliness in the room could have used some more thorough attention as well-little details were overlooked, which shouldn't have happened at this level.
